Be Their Voice, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization comprised of animal advocacy volunteers dedicated to being a voice for companion animals in an effort to ensure a better quality of life and improve animal welfare.
Our strategy is to work as a network to support hard working local rescue groups and shelters in their missions, while assisting the community and encouraging responsible pet ownership.

MISSION
ASSIST LOCAL ANIMAL RESCUES AND SHELTERS
It is no surprise that they are overcrowded, overworked, and underfunded. Often times they lack the resources necessary to meet their mission objectives. The majority of our work is done to raise funds for these organizations, so that they can focus more on their day to day operations and animal care.
PROVIDE COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Be Their Voice is also happy to be a resource to help pet owners in our community. We can help find low cost veterinary care, spay and neuter services, educational programs on responsible ownership, behavioral training, and assistance when unexpected circumstances arise.
TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Our mission is to create strong relationships with other rescues, organizations and businesses that have comparable values and missions to make our community a better place for animals. It is our goal to limit the number of animals surrendered to shelters by helping the members of our community maintain responsible pet ownership.
Shelters are full and our rescues are stressed. They have limited space, limited funds, and limited volunteers. It is impossible to keep up with the growing number of animals surrendered to shelters or picked up as strays each day. Building more shelters is not the answer. The more shelters we build, the more animals we'll place in them. The situation is overwhelming and it's time we draw the line and start addressing the problem at the source.
Be Their Voice provides assistance to both local rescue or shelter organizations, as well as the community of the Lehigh Valley area in an effort to help. It is going to take a combined effort if we are ever going to overcome the animal welfare issues that our society has created and that we must all share in the responsibility to fix.

PROGRAM
In an effort to limit the number of animals surrendered to shelters or tossed aside on the street as strays, our mission is to create strong relationships with other rescues, organizations and businesses that have comparable values and missions to make our community a better place for animals and animal owners.
RESCUE / ANIMAL ORGANIZATIONS: Do you currently offer programs to the community such as free or low-cost spay/neuter, wellness care, food services, etc.? If so, please let us know so that we can help to connect community members in need with your organization.
VETERINARIANS and CVTs: Please consider donating your services to help us provide free and low-cost spay/neuter surgeries, microchip clinics, or wellness visits to low income pet owners.
LANDLORDS: Do you offer dog-friendly housing in the Lehigh Valley area? Please let us know when you have open apartments and we'll match you with responsible dog owners who will be proud to call your property their home. Want to learn ways to screen dog owners for apartment-friendly manners? We can help you sort this out.
INSURANCE AGENTS: Do you offer dog-friendly insurance policies that do not place restrictions based upon breed? Please let us know so that we can direct responsible dog owners who are looking to purchase a new home and need insurance!
DOG TRAINERS: Are you willing to donate your skills to help keep dogs facing homelessness stay in their homes? Please let us know.
